DESCRIPTION
Preparation of BOQs, submission of quotes, participate in bidding process, help sales team managing sales cycle from start to close
Coordination with design and procurement and projects for retrofit and rework quotations
Preparation of work orders for sub contactor teams
Preparation of quantity variation statement
Assist customer service dept with existing HVAC issues and other tasks as they arise
knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
Learn and utilize all computer and software programs that are required to manage, maintain and promote business enabling you to effectively function as Project Planning Coordinator.
Other office administrative work and any other responsibility as may be delegated by the seniors.
