Position: Collision Center Estimator/Blueprinter

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 (Salary + Bonuses)

Our Phoenix, AZ collision center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Estimator to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in collision repair. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with technicians in writing estimates after vehicle tear down.
Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures.
Communicate effectively with the parts department regarding any issues.
Work closely with production management to ensure timely repairs.
Conduct meetings with outside field adjusters to review repair plans.
Coordinate with estimators on sublet work and estimated completion dates.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.
Proficient in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell).
Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Basic computer proficiency.
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
