Responsibilities 


  • Coordinate agent schedules, listings, closings, and documentation
  • Maintain listing accuracy across various platforms 
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations
  • Prepare and present reports on performance and transactions
  • Provide exceptional client service by fielding inquiries, facilitating meetings, and connecting clients with agents
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and training
  • Oversee office logistics such as maintenance needs, supplies, and vendor communication
  • Stay current on real estate market trends, laws, and best practices 

How to Qualify


  • 3 + years experience in office management or similar experience supporting a top-producing real estate agent or team
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and Dallas Metroplex real estate market 
  • Proficiency with real estate transactions and compliance
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • A TX real estate license is preferred, not required 

The Details

Salary: $60,000 

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation Time, Sick Pay, Holidays

Hours: 9-5, M-F 

Location: DFW
