Hybrid Less than 60% - 2 days a week on site. Job Description: Scrum Master / Project Manager that will manage a large scale Honda web and app interaction analytics program. This candidate must have proven experience with managing web and app tagging, cookie management, analytics related projects. Project delivery experience that encompassed A e Analytics and OneTrust technologies that support the management of Interaction program. The contract engagement is multi-year and will involve SAFe delivery throughout the overall project lifecycle. - Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet business expectations - Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately - Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources - Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed - Manages one or more cross functional projects of high complexity - Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large sized, moderately to highly complex projects Academic/Experience/Competency: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. - Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. - 7 to 10 years of IT work experience - 5 years managing projects - Advanced ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole - Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets - Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality - Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified - Advanced understanding of multiple project management disciplines - Extensive project management knowledge/experience in leading and implementing Interaction Analytics (web and app tagging) program - Advanced knowledge/experience of multiple project management strategies, disciplines, and theories - Strong experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies - Strong experience with Jira and Confluence - Strong experience managing Software package implementation projects / programs (including SaaS framework) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Effective communication and guidance for technical teams such as ARB (Architectural Review Board) - Take personal ownership and responsibility for all deliverables Tasks to be completed on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis, project assigned: - Large-scale IT project that will involve multiple technologies - Be a core resource within the Marketing Technology unit operating as a senior PM assigned to project - The candidate will be expected to grow the Honda knowledge on methodology and build a strong working knowledge of the digital properties assigned to the Marketing Technology IT unit - Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations including tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources - Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately - Manage and monitor project financials (project budgets, forecasts, variances, invoices) - Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed - Manages cross functional projects of high complexity - Assess project status and proactively manage changes in scope and priorities throughout project - Manage project communications and status reports across project team, IT Leadership, and Business Stakeholders - Facilitate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas and external vendors - Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans - Be a core resource within the Marketing Technology unit operating as a senior PM assigned to projects Knowledge, skills, abilities, traits, certifications, years of experience, to successfully perform job function: 1) Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders 2) Ability to collaborate well with a diverse set of team members (team player) 3) Strong Familiarity with Agile Delivery models 4) Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects 5) Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight 6) Ability to perform the role of scrum-master Preferred: 1) Automotive industry background, familiarity with Automotive Product data & taxonomy, OEM, web/app tagging analytics 2) Experience delivering consumer facing websites, digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions, or integrations 3) Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, user stories, test cases etc. Nice to have (technical) Experience in A e Analytics and A e Launch Tag Management System (TMS), OneTrust cookie privacy tool, Salesforce Interactive Studio (previously Evergage), JavaScript, jQuery & ObservePoint tools E-commerce websites, Sitecore 10.0 and Salesforce Lighting Web Components is plus Worked closely with development team to oversee the implementation, configuration and debugging of web analytics code, both on the website and Tag Management System (TMS Includes deployment activities in Non-Prod & Prod environments. Worked in deploying third-party tags, including maintain a log of active pixels vs expired tracking pixels. Experienced in Categorizing Cookies, Auditing and Debugging A e Analytics and third-party tags using ObservePoint tool is plus Experienced in integrating with A e Analytics APIs, data repair APIs, real-time events, Runtime functions, and plugin ID is plus. Experienced in audience segmentation for web personalization, building quantitative and qualitative data models for consumer insights research using Tableau / Power BI reporting tool is mandatory. Experienced in virtual report suite, segmentation comparison and contribution analysis to find anomalies and spike in web traffic to understand trends to take business decisions is plus.
