A day in the life.

As our
Client Services Coordinator
on the Business Insurance team, youll assist Client Managers and others in servicing existing book of business. You will be expected to update agency management systems, draft proposal documents, issue auto ID cards, while assisting clients with their billing questions. In addition you will process endorsement requests while following up with carriers for policies, endorsements and audits. You will handle various Word and Excel projects as well as other duties as assigned.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Update agency management systems both pre and post renewal
Assist clients with billing questions
Issue daily certificates with minimal guidance from the Client Manager/Executive
Process endorsement requests with minimal guidance from the Client Manager/Executive
Follow up with carriers for policies, endorsements, and audits.
Online quoting and endorsements platforms

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Prior commercial insurance experience
Property/casualty license or ability to attain
Excellent customer service and phone skills
