Your opportunity
Were looking for an Advanced Quality EngineerIntern to join ourQuality Teamin Peachtree City, GA. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and compliance of new products and services during the entire innovation process and accountable for implementing quality management processes within development projects

What youll do
Work with a cross functional team to manage quality in programs from concept to commercial execution
Drive I2M (Innovation to Market) Quality in assigned projects and escalate, when necessary, to the Integral ProjectManager or the Product Quality Manager
Act as gatekeeper for New Product Development milestones
Interface and update regularly key project stakeholders including R&D (design), Manufacturing (process), Supplier Quality, Program Management and Product Management
Leverage processes such as Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) to make data-driven decisions
What youll need
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, or related, throughout the duration of the internship (ends December 2024)
Knowledge of productdevelopment, supplier or industrial quality and development quality tools
Experience with products combining mechanical and electrical systems
Basic understanding of firmware and software sub-systems and how they interact with the overall systems
Able to work 30 - 40 hours per week through December 2024

Pay Range: $21-$31 per hour
