Job description summary As a Junior Marcom & E-commerce Specialist (B2B) youll be responsible for the planning, development and execution of new marketing communication & e-commerce ideas to achieve sustainable growth. Youll set up campaigns and experiments to increase awareness, consideration and purchase intent. With improved customer journeys, e-commerce assets and content that you create and activate in online and offline channels youll make a visible contribution. What youll do
Youll be a main sparring partner for creation and ideation with the global and local team to build together strong local activation ideas, campaigns, assets, and content for both online and offline. Youll localize, activate and evaluate the activation campaigns, new product introductions and local marketing communications and sales materials; brochures, newsletters, banners, communication visuals, messaging, POS material, (blog/PR/social) articles, etc. Youll have a focus on e-commerce assets, to drive conversion on our own and customer platforms (wholesalers and pureplayers). Youll contribute to the loyalty program to build strong relationships with our installers and partners. Youll manage external agencies for all content creation, (product)activation campaigns, organizing events and controls the hired stand builders within guidelines and provide brands consultancy and approval. You are the voice of the customer and have a deep understanding of their wants, needs and problems. Youll make fact-based recommendations and improvements on marketing communication processes, budget and choices. You are responsible for the purchase of marketing goods according to the applicable processes.
Your qualifications
Youve 0-2 years of marketing communication experience, and are owner of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related discipline. Fluent Dutch/English is a must (both oral and written). French is a pre. You are customer obsessed and are able to translate customer needs into ideas, content and communication materials (writing and reviewing content). Youve strong knowledge of digital communications and have analytical skills to use data to optimize and make decisions. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
