A day in the life.

As our Vice President, Claims Practice Leader on the Business Insurance team, youll collaborate with national, regional, local leadership and integrate the skills, tools and resources of our collaborative claims team across the Upper Midwest Region to provide a best-in-class client experience.

This role engages in relationship building with insurance carriers and other outside service providers; serves to provide coverage and litigation knowledge experts, interfaces with production team members and clients; and promotes continued education opportunities and career advancement for the claims team.


Our future colleague.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
10+ years claims experience with an insurance carrier or broker
Advanced knowledge of claims law, insurance claim procedures and policy interpretation on a multi-line basis
Detailed with excellent organizational, project planning and management skills
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelors degree in related field
Professional designations specific to insurance and/or claims
Prior success and experience in managing change in a fast-paced environment
