Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
lead the overall business strategy creation and operational execution of our Sales Support business across the Nordic Market. As such, you will be responsible for the overall sales support activities; quote, tender and order processing, support account management in sales activities and improve sales planning and execution, drives adoption and continuous improvement of the sales processes in the Market.


You are responsible for
:

Sales Operations
across all Nordic countries and all business units. Together with your team make sure to educate, support and inform your stakeholders to ensure compliant end-to-end sales processes.

Leading and coaching a department
consisting of three teams (16 team members). Manage resources across operational team. Ensure overall high level of talent and engagement levels with a customer focused and proactive attitude.

Acting as change agent
when it comes to implementing new tools and reports. Drive transformation of SFDC usage across the sales teams and other sales tools.

End-to-end sales process management
including creating, implementing, and ensuring process adherence.

Ensuring a solid collaboration and support
to all business lines, districts, global stakeholders, Global Business Services (GBS) and your peers across Europe to meet set targets and identify improvement areas.

Responsible for all tendering in Nordics
and ensure solid follow ups on order processes on a daily basis via daily management. Including setting priorities and ensure correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes.

Responsible for contract life-cycle maintenance
: on time and accurate management of all contracts, prices, warranties, and non-contract related procurement. Including contract renewals, indexations, and price agreements.
Driving continuous improvement through constantly reviewing and translating customer and sales needs in support activities using LEAN methodology.


You are a part of:

You will enter a team of passionate and driven professionals in the Philips Nordic organization. You will be responsible are accountable for a team consisting of 16 individuals. You will report to the Nordic Leader of Philips and will be part of Nordic Commercial Leadership Team and European Sales Operation Leadership team, having a dotted line into a European Sales Operation Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating and building on collaboration with all country and business managers across Nordics as well the wider European community.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
:
Bachelors degree or higher education level
Comprehensive understanding of sales (support) business and processes. Knowledge from end-to-end sales and order processes, customer services and contracts administration.
Documented experience from SFDC, public and private tendering, contract life cycle management and master data familiarity with financial processes.
Be an excellent people manager with at least 5 years of experience in management.
Capacity to communicate on several levels, as well as internally as externally.
Strong customer focus with a sales and commercial mindset; prepared to take ownership of customer problems through to completion. Demonstrated commitment to satisfy customers, able to build trust and confidence.
Performance management: ability to manage workloads and priorities. Good organizational skills. Ability to work to pre-determined targets and timescales.
Fluent in Swedish & English, verbal and written. Any other Nordic languages would be a plus.
