Student worker Customer Care (m/w/d)

As a Customer Care student worker, you are part of a dedicated service team within the Service & Solution Delivery organization in Philips Health Systems Nordics, you will be reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager.

Your role:

Supporting ongoing administrative initiatives.
Preparing and sending out customer communication via email. Calling customers.

You're the right fit if:

You are a student of at least 2nd year of Medical Engineering or similar field.
You are fluent in Danish and English (knowledge of any other Nordic language is an asset). You have a genuine customer service mentality.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and good administrative skills.
