As a Service Engineer you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What youll do


Technical problem diagnostics, root-cause determination, and incident resolution

Installed base maintenance services, measures, and validations etc.

Onsite or remote customer support and service

System commissioning and optimization

System- and service design validation

Perform customer training session remotely or in classroom

Facilitate customer feedback to internal stakeholders

Presale customer advisory and guidance

Technical customer advisory participating in customer meetings, events, trade-fairs etc.
What youll need

Technical degree e.g., in electrical engineering, IT or other relevant education

Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing

Experience within servicing networked building- or industry automation systems or similar (e.g. BMS, HVAC, CTS, PLC etc.)

Operational skills and knowhow within TCP/IP networking incl. wireless, NOS (e.g.Cisco IOS), Server and Database Systems (e.g. MS Server and SQL), Cloud- and API interfaces etc.

Fluent skill in English, Italianand Greek. It is a mandatory requirement for this position that you speak all 3 languages
