Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity t

drive Philips Avent brand as the #1 MOR (Most Often Recommended) feeding and comforting brand amongst healthcare professionals (HCP) in the childbirth / midwifery area (including maternity assistants, midwives, lactation specialists, gynecologists, pediatricians) by localizing and executing the WE Professional Marketing Strategy in
Benelux
in close alignment with the local and WE Mother & Childcare Teams.


You are responsible for

Localization and executing
in Benelux
the Western Europe MCC Professional Marketing Strategy and prioritize activities with higher MOR impact for the local zone, being the expert of local HCPs insights. Continuously evaluates the performance of the marketing plan and pro-actively drive short- and long-term corrective actions where needed.
Selecting and organizing the participation at professional events, congresses & webinars to engage with the professional target audience.
Developing and delivering local KOL strategy and plan in close collaboration with WEU team by identifying key influencer and building a strong KOL network.
Ensuring alignment of brand- and marketing approach in the E2E processes between local consumer- and professional marketing and activates the deployed toolkits for NPI and MOR growth.
Taking ownership of managing and defining local cooperations with associations and educational partnerships.
Collaborating with Western Europe Team to define locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, product portfolio, and business models.
Localization of marketing material for professionals (folders/ flyers to hand out/ advertisements etc).
Localizing and executing WEU digital go-to-market strategy along witha local content and engagement strategy.
Managing digital engagement tools (e.g. Marketing CRM, Midwife (Sample) Shop, (link removed)) todrive funnel conversion and loyalty loop.
Managing the AnP Marketing and Sampling budget.
Alignment with local legal and regulatory department on medical / approved claims content.
Supporting the Professional Marketing Lead for overarching Professional Marketing topics.



To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor/masters degree in business/marketing strategy direction.
Minimum of 2-5 years relevant and successful working experience.
Experience in influencing marketing and/or experience in working in a B2B/healthcare environment.
Proficiency in
Dutch
and English
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Strong drive for excellence in execution with a focus on digitalization.
Leadership and enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization.


Location:
You are required to come to Eindhoven office once per week. The rest of the time you can work either from home or from other Philips office in the Netherlands
