You will be part of an international design team and play an important role in working with customers and design teams in North America. By bringing your creativity in designing experiences into the commercial arena and using a user-centered approach you will support the growth of the company and help to further transform and improve Healthcare for all stakeholders through customer engagements.

You are responsible for:

Creating high-quality Experience Design deliverables in support of the North American Market organization
Supporting initiatives with internal business/sales teams along w/external customers
Generating innovative and relevant concepts and impactful service solutions
Consistently using people-driven aspects as a starting point for building meaningful solutions

Role overview

You are an empathetic, multi-faceted designer. You like to make things. You are "T-shaped" with curiosity and capabilities across design disciplines, and deeper skills in a particular area such as Service Design, Architectural Design, Communication or UX Design.
You are a collaborative team player who wants to create meaningful solutions that push boundaries. You will be a part of a central Design Quality and Collaboration team with expertise in creating customer-centric experiences and strategic design solution. The role will include assisting teams in discovering patient and customer needs, framing insights, and generating solutions.

We are looking for

Presently enrolled in a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Interaction Design
Able to articulate a clear point-of-view of both problem and solution
Evidence of course work related to user centered design process
Strong analytical, creative and visual skills
Collaborative team player
Self-motivated, pro-active thinker and maker
Experience with Sketch, InVision and prototyping tools
Working knowledge of front-end development processes and technologies

Philips Transparency Details


The hourly pay range for Bachelor Level: $28 $31 an hour Masters Level $30-$46. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
