Perform installations, scheduled preventative maintenance, rebuilds, and related repairs to ensure Automated Shrink Labeling, Shrink Sleeving & Stretch Sleeving Packaging Systems Machinery operates efficiently for clients.

*** Install and upgrade Automated Cartoning Systems equipment including:

--- Sleeve Labeling Systems
--- Tunnel Conveyors
--- Shrink Tunnels
--- Steam Tunnels
--- Radiant Heat Tunnels
--- Hot Air Tunnels
--- Autosplicers
--- Film, Paper, Foil & Styro Rollers and Feeders
--- Sleeve & Label Applicators
--- Shrink Sleeve Applicators
--- Stretch Sleeve Applicators
--- Multipack Applicators
--- Tamper Evident Bands Applicators
--- Continuous Band Sealers
--- Rotary Cap Sleevers
--- Shrink Sleeve Converters
--- Automatic Cantilever Turret Unwind & Cantilever Turret Rewind Systems
--- Flexographic Printers
--- Laminators & Coaters
--- Cutters & Seamers
--- Sleeve Inspection Systems
--- Handle Applying Machines

*** Complete preventative maintenance projects, repairs, and work orders at client locations.

*** Read technical drawings, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams to facilitate troubleshooting equipment.

*** Perform maintenance on electrical controls, adjustable motor drives, conveyors, automatic motion mechanisms, and switchgears.

*** Troubleshoot and repair gear motors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

*** Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.

*** Train client machine operators in basic preventative maintenance.
