Why this job is important

You will be one of a team of 7 and reporting into the CEE Payroll Manager. The Central & Eastern Europe payroll team manages payroll for 8 European countries. The role is responsible for managing outsourced payroll, varying in size and complexity, with adherence to policy, compliance, and legislation. It requires strong communication skills to liaison with payroll providers, internal business partners, revenue authorities, and other third parties.


What youll be doing

Responsible for Payroll administration in Central & Eastern Europe (countries in this region are Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Turkey & Ukraine) by ensuring activities are undertaken and deadlines met.
Understand our complex business needs and manage these via 3rd party providers.
Prepare payroll input for timely processing.
Review & validate provider prepared payroll output against the approved payroll inputs
Processing queries by monitoring tickets (ServiceNow) ensuring SLA is met.


The skills & experience youll need

Must have European payroll experience, German payroll a requirement as 50% of the role will cover Germany
Strong Communication skills
Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excel spreadsheet skills
Proficient with applications and systems
We are looking for EMEA payroll experience of 2-5 years.
Demonstrate ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Fluent in English and in German is required.
Knowledge of ADP & Workday advantageous.
