Assistant Marketing Manager, Value Added Services Denver, Colorado

In this role, youll be responsible for executing marketing plans to drive growth for the Domestic Money Transfer, Western Union Prepaid, Bill Pay, and Send2Corrections products as well as supporting launches for new products to the market. You will need to dig deeply into digital customer behaviors, competitive insights, and industry shifts in order to be successful in this role.


Role Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans and activities
Conduct market and customer research to optimize marketing plans
Work cross-functionally with product owners to ensure marketing plans are delivering against KPIs
Understand and share customer insights and competitor insights
Identify innovation opportunities
Drive campaigns from initiation to completion, including sharing reporting and insights with product owners
Work closely with the media agency to ensure ongoing optimization and efficiency of marketing campaigns
Create purchase orders and manage against monthly marketing budgets
Travel as needed


Role Requirements

Proven discipline, drive for results, and ability to make decisions
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive business growth
Solid understand of business processes and ability to execute against plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
3-5 years of experience in product marketing and customer analysis

Salary

The salary range is $78,750.00 131,250.00 per year, total on-target earnings include short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
