Working Conditions:
The whole team communicates in Slack, setting and tracking tasks in Jira
Comfortable and large business class office
VMI after the probation period
Training and mentoring for the entire probation period
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, optimally from 9 AM - 6 PM EST time or from 10 AM to 7 PM EST


Responsibilities:


The account manager takes care of all post-sales customer service, i.e. accompanies from the beginning of the advertising campaign to its completion.
You need to always be aware of all the issues: at what stage is the preparation for the start of the RC, when errors will be corrected, in what form to send the report to the company, etc.
Timely preparation and signing of an agreement or contract, sending closing documents
Monitoring the work of performers and other related specialists on assigned tasks.
The account manager must provide the client with all necessary information in a timely manner: reports, links to active ads, placement reports, etc.
A large proportion of the work will be related to answering customer questions, both simple and quite specific. Some of them will require an analysis of the situation and additional figures.
Communication with managers and technical support of partner sites, both by mail and by phone.
The account manager should always know who to contact in order to find out the situation or promptly solve the problem for the client


What we want from you:


High level of independence;
The skill of setting tasks for technical specialists
Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VPR)
Experience in business correspondence and negotiations with clients
Understanding what xml is and experience with the format will be a great advantage.
