Azure IAM DeveloperLocation: Austin Texas ( Remote )Client: Texas Department of Family and Protective ServicesExp: Minimum 9+ Years Please Note: We are Exclusively Working on Above Backfill Role, AZURE IAM developer with Java or .Net application integration experience This Position Due Date is Monday (02/06/202at 3 ): 11:00 AM CST Minimum Requirements: Hands-on experience in building custom user provisioning workflow and making them integrated into custom applications.Experience in analyzing as-is solutions and understanding the current roadmap to migration application implementing elements of the to-be roadmap objectives.Experience in building applications in (link removed), Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and integration with Azure IdP solutions.Experience in configuring SAML, OIDC, and OAuth protocols and integration with applications.Experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in client environments using Microsoft Azure AD technologies.Experience in establishing Azure AD and B2C authentication and authorization architecture and enabling SSO for custom solutions developed in WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal, Server, and IIS.Experience managing Azure policies and configurations.Development experience with REST APIs, standard Java/J2EE Frameworks like Spring, SpringBoot, .Net framework, and Azure.Experience with Identity and Access Management system architecture including RBAC and Single Sign-On Federation using SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and Kerberos Authentication standards is needed.Hanexperienceencing in integration with Graph APguiding guide team to integrate with existing and custom build APIs.Build audits and monitsolutionslution for IdP, to identify, protect and remediate from unauthorized and illegal attempts.Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, JSON, and REST.Experience in establishing Azure AD and B2C for cloud platforms like Salesforce and MuleSoft.Experience in establishing B2B authentication in Azure.Experience in migration of users from different platforms like ISIM/ISAM to Azure AD and B2C.Strong project management and technical skills.Experience in Other IDP solutions like AWS, Okta, and IBM ISIM. ISAM is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL and other EA frameworks like TOGAF.Knowledge of Applied Cryptography and PKI.
