IDEO, LP seeks Senior Designer in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Plan, facilitate, and synthesize mixed methods research to inspire, inform, and refine the design of company healthcare-related products, services, and frameworks. Design, implement, and lead research strategies for a vast array of health issues including diabetes, heart disease, and immunodeficiency. Work on a wide range of health projects and conduct mixed methods research with patients and healthcare providers specializing in various health issues. Host patient-facing interviews and workshops as well as healthcare client-facing training and presentations. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and usability testing. Prepare data-drive synthesis and insights as well as storytelling focused on patient experiences. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $99,200 to $125,000.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent, in Biological Sciences, Natural Sciences and Engineering, Design, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a healthcare design-related position.

Special Skill Requirements: at least six (6) months of experience in each of the following skills: (1). Design research; (2). Healthcare market and user research; (3). Synthesis and data analysis (Mural, MIRO and Figma); (4). Workshop and activity facilitation; (5). Interviewing, ethnographic research; and, (6). Prototype development and testing. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.
