As a Supply Chain Manager youll be responsible for
leading the Mexicali's operation to exceed our Customer Delivery metrics, optimize resources in Production and Components planning, developing a effective materials supply strategy, stocking and replenishment to optimize costs and availability.

What youll do




Exceed customer delivery metrics.



Optimize supply chain resources and costs.



Lead Supply Chain team performance and development to an MTS-centric archetype.



Reduce raw materials inventory to optimize the company's cash flow.



Develop a Materials Replenishment strategy to optimize materials supply to Operations at a very optimum cost.



Your qualifications



5+ years of experience as SCM, highly preferred in an MTS manufacturing environment.



High-functioning leadership skills.



SAP and business analytics software.



Proven experience in Inventory control management and optimization.



Proficient in Leading indicators and LSW management.



APICS Certified.
