Who you are
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to the brokerage team. Tasks include coordinate and prepare content for presentations, pitches, marketing material as well as deliver essential administrative support.
Youre highly organized and have a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything you do. You bring a customer service-oriented attitude who thrives in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment. Youre flexible and love variety in your work. You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. You also love to learn, collaborate and exchange ideas with others to achieve amazing results.
What you bring
At least 2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry.
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.
Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Bonus skills and experience
Commercial real estate experience
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
What success looks like
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations.
Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team
Provide general administrative support (i.e. file management, expense reimbursements and correspondence).
Assist with execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling email campaigns, creating brochures, offering memorandums, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format, and production
Create and coordinate content for templated and/or semi-custom business development (i.e. pitches, surveys, tour books, BOVs, presentations)
Create various presentation materials including PowerPoint, charts, graphs and excel worksheets.
Write or edit documents for spelling, grammar and layout.
