Title: Account Representative, Client Services - Remote

Description
iNGAGED is a product division of Marsh McLennan Companies that develops custom communication platforms (inclusive of a custom branded native app) for our clients. The technology was created by in-house developers. The Account Representative position is a core part of our ability to deliver at a high level of precision.
The Account Representative will work with our client services team, broker contacts, and with ResourcePro who builds content for iNGAGED. They will be the point of contact responsible for the coordination of our app builds, as well as other tasks to support our client services team.

iNGAGED needs someone that is ambitious, a team player, hardworking, high energy, detailed oriented and very responsible. Being a self-starter and having the ability to pay close attention to all the small details is a must.
A desired skill set would be someone who has worked with employee benefits in some capacity, due to the benefits content we build out for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Report to the Director of Client Services Maintain relationships that have already been built with broker teams Effectively communicate both verbally and via email Pay close attention to details you will not be able to perform the duties of the job without this skill
Learn the iNGAGED portal where app content is built and be able to build/update content Work as the go between with the broker team and ResourePro Collect app content (benefit guides, summaries, videos, URLs, assets) to pass on to our content editors who assist with building our apps Work with the broker during the app rollout to collect feedback on the app and coordinate updates Work with the broker on their open enrollment strategy as it relates to the app, talking points will be provided Assist with support tickets Create clients submission packet which includes specific information and images required for Apple and Google to approve the apps in the appropriate app store, and work with the individual within iNGAGED who submits the apps on our behalf
Professional Requirements
College degree preferred, business, technology, or related field Comfort with mobile apps and desire to work in tech long-term Proficient in MS Office software suite, specifically Excel and Word Strong organizational skills, problem solving ability and a goal driven mindset Good communication skills required Ability to work hard independently as well as in a team environment, and have fun doing it Bilingual is a plus
