Wellnz , now a part of Marsh, has a rare opportunity for a talented individual experienced in Claims Management or Case Management.
Wellnz is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with: injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention and other wellbeing services. Due to our growth we are in need of passionate, experienced and values driven talent to join our team.

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated individual with Claims or Case Management experience looking for something different, where they can put their exceptional relationship building skills to great use. The Case Manager role manages a caseload of mostly physical injuries that occur outside of work, eg. weekend sports. The role will work closely with one main major client to assist in minimising the impact to everyday life and work. Case Managers at Wellnz enjoy a flexible working environment where they get to choose where they work up to three days per week!

We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of cases on behalf of our client Manage claims to meet the Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation and Wellnzs commitment to quality Promote a healthy and safe working environment Ensure a high standard of customer service to injured clients is achieved and maintained in accordance with the Code of Claimant Rights Conduct regular client contact to discuss claims and develop effective and efficient working relationships Keep management adequately informed as to progress and ongoing relationships with clients Continually work towards professional development and maintain a competent practice
What you need to have:
Case Management or Claims Management experience, either from a Government body or an insurer Strong ACC Legislative knowledge Relevant tertiary qualifications in business and/or rehabilitation or health related discipline Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practice Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship and leadership skills Sensitivity to equity, culture and disabilities Effective written and oral communication skills Strong customer service skills and customer focused Negotiation skills Microsoft Word skills Proven time management and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Self-motivated and energetic and confidence to work independently
