The Director will work cross-functionally with clinic leadership, operations, legal, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution within our organization. This Business Management & Value Based Care Director is responsible for developing a short, medium, and long-term strategic plan for business opportunities with an emphasis on service line expansion, new geographies, and organizational partnerships. The Director will also be responsible for project management of service expansion initiatives as well as Jefferson Healthcare's Accountable Care Organization (ACO). As a key individual contributor within the organization, the Business Management & Value Based Care Director will also ensure development, business opportunities, activities and outcomes are aligned with the strategic plan and the organization's mission, vision and values. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Project management professional certification preferred. Experience developing contracts, performing financial and business analyses and forecasting, and understanding revenue drivers and opportunities for growth required. Monitors, develops, and expands current and new service lines to strengthen JH sustainability and meet community needs. Develops and monitors a short-, medium-, and long-term service expansion strategic plan. Contributes to the overall business development and service expansion strategy and roadmap. Researches and monitors emerging trends and market dynamics to inform business development opportunities (e.g., new geographies, new growth initiatives, etc.) Leads and participates in the development of analyses and business plans to support the identification and assessment of new opportunities. Partners with internal and external parties and other stakeholders to assist in the development and implementation of collaborative models. Compiles reports and dashboards for service expansion initiatives and identifies areas for improvement. Manages business development and service expansion plans and projects and leads activities to ensure projects are on track and meeting objectives. Develop strategies for advancing into value-based care and contracting. Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine best practices, opportunities for advancement, and gaps in current strategy. Provide leadership for the Jefferson Healthcare ACO including board management. Track and monitor value-based contracts. Support the CFO in negotiating and overseeing risk-based managed care contracts in collaboration with members of the Finance Team and external partners.
