Existing VDS solution/implementation, basically it is maintenance and support project 20 applications are integrated with current implementation. The candidate must have excellent understanding RadiantLogic VDS, understanding of Federation and Active Directory The candidates responsibility should be to maintain and support the existing implementation, analysis the integrated application datapoints and start workin Roles & Responsibilities Its lights-on support AND no planned enhancements Incident/ticket volume is v low typically 1-2 per week. Tasks include typical health checks Ok to go with 1 resource/role with RadiantLogic Level 1 certification and 1 resource/role with Level 2 certification (Truist stakeholder insisted at least 1 of these resources should be at expert level) Currently its 20 Apps and this # will go down as Apps get refactored/moved away to new/target Federation tool (have already pinged Steve for what this new tool is and if there is any we can help there) Specific to analysis, Truist has readily available templates which these resources will have to update Engagement duration will be about 12 months (to decommission) AND based on performance/ability of resource to pick up skills, open to repurpose to work on new/target Federation tool Please share below detailsName Contact EMail ID-Current Location- Work Status-Rate
