Job Title: Lead Test Analyst - #1 Usability Tester Manual Tester Client: California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Onsite Hybrid Will confirm later Duration: Long Term Pay Rate: $55-58/hr W2 ; $65hr 1099/CTC (Must meet all requirements) MAIN SKILLS TO CONSIDER 1. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute the testing effort of large complex State IT projects. 2. Demonstrated experience mentoring SMEs and Usability Testers in the completion of large scale testing efforts on projects similar in size and complexity as the SOMS project. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in usability testing in addition to working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms, sharp eye for detail and communication, reporting, and troubleshooting skills. 2. Possession of either a relevant certification or a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum of seven (7) years' broad and extensive test experience, wherein at least two (2) years of that experience in a lead capacity 2. Minimum of one (1) year experience on government IT project(s) 3. Minimum of one (1) year experience working with law enforcement, social services, and/or healthcare agencies 4. Minimum of two (2) years' experience working on IT projects 5. Minimum of one (1) year experience dealing with government control agencies 6.
