Role Description
US-BASED APPLICANTS ONLY
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in La Coste, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries over the phone, email, and in-person. They will help resolve customer issues regarding their rental properties, maintain customer relationships, and promote customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support experience
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service
• Excellent customer experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be patient and empathetic with customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in business or related field is preferred.
