Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:
Working with a cross-functional team to develop, execute and support holistic Executive Comms and Partner Affairs change management and communications strategy, including communications to effectively engage our US and Mexico region partners, US Board, our Chief Administrative Officer/Partner Affairs Leader and our Senior Partner (CEO-equivalent) and his leadership team;
Focusing on achieving business objectives and positioning goals, through story-mining and communicating effectively via multiple channels with impact to partner and leadership audiences, as well as external audiences;
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to drive strategic direction by executing external comms and internal change management and communications plans to influence the adoption and sustainability of change for strategic initiatives;
Leveraging technology and tools that enable innovative communications, such as Chat PwC, Bing Chat, Microsoft Office (Mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite and web-based publishing tools (Eloqua and internal portals, such as MediaSpace), webcasts (GlobalMeet, Xyvid and Zoom) and videos;
Researching, writing, and advising stakeholders on communications to create modern, digitally-enabled deliverables;
Writing and developing internal and external executive/leadership presentations, videos, and firmwide webcasts, including storyboarding, slides, speaker notes, vendor engagement, executive prep, etc.;
Showcasing experience in data analysis (survey data, comms metrics) to pull insights to understand the impact our of campaigns and adapt our go-forward approach accordingly;
Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement and innovation through simplification, tech-enabling, and leveraging industry-leading practices;
Managing multiple projects with various stakeholders, day-to-day operations, and multi-tasking;
Providing strategic change and communications counsel to leadership and stakeholders to reinforce and strengthen the impact of our internal communications;
Bringing experience in diversity and inclusion, purpose, responsible business leadership/corporate responsibility, products & technology, and/or digital transformation;
Building and maintaining relationships within a matrixed organization and external relationships with media and other key stakeholders;
Performing verbal, written, and strategic skills; and,
Overseeing, coaching, and developing teammates.
