Industrial Quality Engineer
to join our Operations team onsite in
Americus, GA

What youll do


Facilitate and improve Industrial Quality functional excellence

Monitor outgoing quality PPM (Parts per million) and lead a zero PPM reduction culture

Address and investigate issues due to manufacturing processes and implement preventative programs, using quality tools and processes

Reduce internal CONQ (Cost of Non-Quality), rejects, and FTY % (First Time Yield)

Manage audit findings and close outstanding items in a timely manner

Your qualifications


Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Experience with Industrial Quality tools, processes, capabilities, and quality processes management

Ability to fully understand Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements

Passion for providing exceptional customer support and service

Can build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partner with/influence operational colleagues

Salary:
$65,900 - 80,000


Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 5%
