Job Description

Job title:
As a Modality Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, price realization and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long-term profitability. The digital x-ray (DXR) business consist of fixed systems, fluoroscopy systems as well as mobile xray system.
Your role:


Driving DXR business in the Nordics to reach annual targets with the responsibility of profitability, market share, OIT, Sales and price realization

Identification of new business opportunities of DXR in Nordics.

Providing clinical, technical, commercial and strategic expertise on products/solutions of DXR portfolio to support Account Managers in the field and assist with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value propositions

Understanding, addressing and executing competitive positioning and marketing strategy for assigned portfolio by supporting with the tender/deal strategy, pricing and quotations.

Analyzing and monitoring the market, competition and trends and providing effective feedback to reflect marketing intelligence in a profitable way.

Developing strong and long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, physicists, hospital management and biomedical teams to sustain and improve business success.

Cooperating with clinical application, service sales, service operation, finance, supply chain, order and project management, procurement, quality & regulatory and marketing communication functions

Coordinating internal and external marketing activities from sales force trainings to new product launches, workshops, congress and trade shows in cooperation with marketing communication team

Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting supported via accurate lead and opportunity management.

Actively participating in the district sales meetings and provide opportunity reports and action plans, supporting quality of funnel management with updated win/loss analysis in CRM tool (SFDC)

Implementing Installed Base activities and promotions in the district to contribute overall business success via socket retention programs.

Developing and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction together with respective functions

You're the right fit if:




Bachelors degree

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales/marketing role in Healthcare or B2B environment with proven record

Experience in domain industry will be an advantage.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Eagerness to meet customers and win!

Great teamwork skills

Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Excellent presentation and communication skills

No restriction to travel within the Nordic region (50% approx.)
