Role :- Control System Engineer Location: Hagerstown Maryland Type :- C2C or FTE Key Job Responsibilities 1. Validation/regression testing using Hardware in Loop 2. Design and troubleshooting control and electrical systems 3. Direct preparation of Layouts, Drawings, Specifications & Bill of Materials 4. Proprietary programming tools for design verification and interrogation 5. System Engineering 6. Ability to interact with vendors 7. Ability to work with multiple internal teams 8. Design control system 9. Assist in feasibility and project estimates 10. Define and prioritize tasks for others, including offshore resources 11. Model-based engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink Primary Skills Good experience/knowledge in Control Systems (development/testing/troubleshooting) Designing of control system (Optional for junior profile) Experience on testing on machine CAN bus communications SAE J1939 Secondary Skills Exposure to Powertrain, Electrical & Hydraulic systems Sensor selection/integration MBD HIL
