The Training Lead will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). The CCWIS Modernization Project is a pioneering IT initiative aimed at transforming our child welfare information system. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Training Lead to spearhead the training and development programs for this large-scale project. It is preferred the Training Lead be detail oriented, able to build relationships over multiple programs with multiple partners, able to seek and engage with subject matter experts, have knowledge of the Florida Practice Model and FSFN. Primary Job Duties and Tasks TrainingStrategy Development: Designandimplementcomprehensivetrainingplanstome ettheproject'sobjectivesandtimelines. Identifytrainingneeds byconsultingwithstakeholdersandusingneedsassessm ents. MaterialandContentCreation: Developandcuratearangeoftrainingmaterials, includingmanuals, onlinelearningmodules, and instructional guides. Createengagingandinformativetrainingvideosto enhancelearningexperiences. LeadingTrainingSessions: Plan, schedule, andconductengagingandeffectivetrainingsessions, bothin-personand online, for diverse groups of learners. Utilizeinteractivetrainingtechniquestomaximizepa rticipantengagementandknowledgeretention. Tailortrainingdeliverymethodstosuitdifferentlear ningstylesandorganizational roles. Managelogisticsfortrainingsessions, includingscheduling, venueselection, andresourceallocation. Continuouslyrefinetrainingapproachesbasedonparti cipantfeedback andlearningoutcomes. InnovativeTrainingSolutions: Implementinnovativetrainingmethodsandtechnologie stoenhancelearningandengagement. Stayabreastofthelatesttrendsintraininganddevelop menttocontinuallyimprovetrainingeffectiveness. TeamLeadershipandCollaboration: Leadand mentor ateam of training professionals. Acton feedbackto continuouslyimprove trainingprograms. ChangeManagement: Playakeyroleinmanagingchangebypreparingstafffort ransitionsandnewsystemsimplementations.
