Youll be part of the Collections Team and responsible to contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.


Role Responsibilities

Contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.
These calls and emails are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services youll answer inquiries and resolve problems.
You will ensure compliance with the team's objectives and key performance indicators, and participate in different projects.
Youll use management tools, analyze and create reports.


Role Requirements

One year of experience in the collections sector or customer service call center.
Bachelors degree or student in administration or related (not exclusive).
Intermediate English and Excel level.
Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all types of people.
Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (flexible).
