Job Description
Fixed term CCC /FSE Coordinator, for one year with full time support working as customer service center agent to handle the 3rd party systems attached to Philips systems.


Your role:


Directing telephone contacts or written inquiries to appropriate personnel.

May answering non-technical questions regarding company products.

Maintaining log of incoming "hotline" contacts.

schedule field service repair calls.

Handles requests for additional company materials and 3rd party systems.

Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

You are a part of Customer Service Center team and supporting Service Operations in Egypt.

You are the right Fit if;


Bachelors degree, preferably engineering relevant disciplines.

2-3 years of professional experience in preferably in Healthcare industryand 3rd party systems.

Collaborative approach, able to work withmultiple stakeholders.

Good communication skills in English in addition to local language

Good customer service and communication skills would be welcome.

Strong organization skills.
