Field Marketing Leader



What can you expect?


Champion all aspects of the local marketing strategy and execution as part of the US Marketing Team and US Field Marketing team.

Be a strategic business partner to the Market CEO and the office leaders as well as align to the Practice Leaders, Sales Teams, and Consultants

Develop and execute a local marketing plan to support each growth teams go-to-market plan.

Create the core marketing programs and leveraging/extending National Campaigns/Programs whether in content creation, digital, webinars and nurture tracks to delivery on the local demand creation plan.

Act as the voice of the Zone to advocate for the marketing resources needed to execute successfully.

Ensure key targeted accounts and prospects are identified and event campaigns are in the CRM platform for proper tracking and analysis.

Well count on you to:


Strategic marketing partner to the ZONE CEO. Day-to-day partner for local leadership.

Delivery on the demand creation plans for each growth team as well as the execution of tactical activities.

Work with Line-of-business (LOB) marketers and US Marketing Team to share knowledge and information and to advocate for the Market needs.

Determine, champion, and execute national campaigns at the local level.

Implement and support local office websites to drive leads and new opportunities.

Manage monthly key analytics to identify key insights (webinars, website traffic, campaigns, email rates, etc.) and optimize programs to gain full impact.

Act as a point of contact for the Campaign Execution Team (CET), Events, Digital, PR, Social; as well as help to execute the Zone needs with various functions to ensure the right programs are in the right place for all channels.

Help local offices execute on strategic marketing calendar of events.


What you need to have:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of marketing sale experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity preferred.

Experience with managing budgeting and metrics, specifically, updating and monitoring the marketing budgets for a zone.

Successful progress with leading the analysis of campaign and program metrics.

The applicable base pay for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 USD.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
