Position - DCS ENGINEER Location- Bharuch No of Positions- 2 Years of exp [Min / max] * Min 3 yrs CTC range [Min / Max] * 3.5- 4 LPA Qualification * Diploma in chemical/BSC/ MSC Chemistry
Job description- To carry out plant, Tank farm& unloading Operations from DCS
- Follow SOPs for plant activities as defined in manual for DCS
- To perform various operations in DCS as per plan & instructions by senior
- To Control, monitor & record all process parameters in defined format from DCS& ensure Quality.
- To inform seniors about deviation/abnormality (if any) in process parameters as well as Quality
- To keep proper record of all ISO related documents (Checklist, BMRs, shift report book, etc.)
- To monitor & maintain the storage condition of all consumables in plant
- To monitor all process operation in the fields (Plant, tank farm, packing Unloading)
- To perform and Monitor safe handling of all INP drums/IBCs/Bags/Jumbos in all area
- To perform charging/blending/reprocessing of INP material as per instructions of senior from DCS
- To Monitor and check field related documents like Checklist, BMR, Report book etc
- To coordinate with QA/QC for sample and analysis of in- process, RM, SFG or other sample
- To coordinate with all service department for any resolution of issue/Deviation/work in above area
- To coordinate with utility operator for smooth plant and Utility operations
- To coordinate with Store and Ware house for Tanker loading and Unloading
- To maintain GHK & hygiene in all above area
- To perform and Monitor JH activities in plant area/defined equipment
- To perform and Monitor 5S in all above area
- To perform proper handover of DCS charge during shift changeovers
- To perform all shutdown activities as defined in SOPs for all above area
- To Issue General and Height work permit to all above area if Authorized
- To follow monitor guidelines of EMS, OHSAS & GMP in all above area
- To do systematic evacuation from plant during emergency situation
