Established practice looking for an Associate Dentist to join their team. This is a multi-doctor practice where there is an opportunity to for mentorship. This is a high productivity practice that has a large patient base that is continuously growing.  

This will be a rewarding opportunity for a doctor who is looking for clinical autonomy and enjoys working with an experienced staff.  This practice is up to date with modern technology and uses the most advanced materials and procedures available. They practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on understanding the whole patient, while minimizing any negative impact on the environment or patient.

Located in the Willamette Valley close to the University of Oregon. This is a wonderful area for those who enjoy outdoor adventure as it is about 1 hour from the coast and 1 hour from the mountains.

Job Duties:


  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
  • Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
  • Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available). 
  • Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary.

Required Experience:


  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
