Commercial Litigation Attorney

MUST HAVE: 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation experience

Requirements

• Strong research and writing skills who is able to produce polished, professional documents
• Knowledge of New York civil procedure
• Court, motion and discovery experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and experience:
• represent clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation
• handle various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy

Compensation/Benefits

• $170,000 - $220,000 (salary commensurate with experience) + Annual Bonus
