Project Manager (Remote) We have an immediate need for a contract Project Manager to join a global IT and business consulting firm. The Project Manager will oversee the deployment of 0365 & Active Directory solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in restarting and successfully completing the project, ensuring seamless integration and addressing any issues that arise. Location: Remote This job expects to pay about $75 – 80 per hour. What You Will Do:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the 0365 & Active Directory deployment project for retail store managers. Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and act as a liaison between various stakeholders including retail store managers, operational teams, global fuels, and other relevant departments. Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the deployment of 0365 & Active Directory solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that project activities align with the company's goals for operational excellence. Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
What Gets You The Job:
- Project Management Experience: 5+ years Proven experience managing IT projects, preferably in a retail or similar environment. Experience with 0365 & Active Directory deployments is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with 0365 & Active Directory solutions and related technologies. Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and security protocols is a plus.
- Project Management Certification: PMP or similar certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of security protocols and exposure mitigation strategies.
- Previous experience working in a global or multinational organization.
