Agile Delivery Lead / Agile Coach (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a contract-to-hire Agile Delivery Lead / Agile Coach to join an IT and cybersecurity consulting firm. The Agile Delivery Lead / Agile Coach will develop the team’s agile strategy, methodologies, and applications to enable continuous delivery and improvements.  You will bring your expert knowledge of agile transformations and delivery oversight to architect the best solution for the team and deliver on business needs. 

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote working Central or Eastern time)

This job expects to pay about $90 - 105 per hour.

What You Will Do: 

• Lead and evolve the agile strategy and methodologies for delivery teams.
• Ensure methodologies align with business, technology, and engagement objectives.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies across multiple delivery teams.
• Ensure delivery methods enhance efficiency, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Challenge the status quo through development of innovative approaches to the delivery challenges.
• Design and execute communications to keep stakeholders informed on delivery progress utilizing agile artifacts.
• Address pain points related to tools, language, and operational uniformity.
• Foster a user focused approach within delivery teams.
• Coach and support delivery teams through adoption process.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, healthcare, or another relevant field or combined equivalent of on-the-job experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and driving agile adoption.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and executing customized agile approaches to deliver significant delivery successes.
• Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and overcoming challenges associated with agile adoption.
• Comprehensive understanding of agile principles, methodologies, and their application in diverse organizational contexts.
• Track record of successfully bringing complex technology solutions from conception to market.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated executive presence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrable success in communicating the benefits of agile methodologies to a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills; able to easily flex based on the audience and needs of the team. Tried and true practices for engaging and collaborating with remote team members.
