Salesforce Architect – Healthcare (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a contract-to-hire Salesforce Architect – Healthcare to join an IT and cybersecurity consulting firm. The Salesforce Architect – Healthcare is a crucial role in architecting and deploying elements of the Salesforce ecosystem within an environment to deliver critical business outcomes for our clients.  You will leverage your expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, to manage, configure, build, maintain, and support ongoing optimization of Salesforce systems.

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote working Central or Eastern time)

This job expects to pay about $90 - 100 per hour.

What You Will Do: 

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet complex business needs, with a focus on Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Customize workflows, configure system settings, and perform development tasks to enhance Salesforce capabilities and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.

• Administer and configure Salesforce instances, including user setup, security settings, and data management.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Minimum five (5) of years of experience working with full lifecycle Salesforce projects
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with solution design, engineering and administration, and a strong focus on Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations
• In depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and optimization within Salesforce
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and relevant Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Advanced administration capabilities, including Enterprise Territory Management, Auditing, Debugging and Forecasting
• Understands data integration and Salesforce packages (managed and un-managed) at a high-level
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightening Experience and Classic
