Assist Project Scheduler using knowledge of Primavera P-6. Efficiently use government management software RMS 3.0. Prepare and review submittals. Monitor progress of construction activities. Control corrective actions. Resolve quality nonconformance. Prepare cost estimates and budgets. Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities. Monitor projects and report progress and budget matters to the construction firm and clients. Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project. Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such as building and safety codes. Work with RMS 3.0, Primavera P-6, and Microsoft Office 365. $77,605/yr., 40 hrs./wk., 8a-5p, M-F.
