Dates of Coverage: June-Dec 2024 (Sparse sporadic coverage)
Hours: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm (Shifts include a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Call: No call, no weekends
Setting: Hospital-based practice
Average Reads per Physician per Day: 40
Onsite Coverage Only
Total Beds: 39
Trauma Level: 3
Supervision: Not required
Radiologists in Group: 1 (No other radiologists present during locums coverage)
Preferred Procedures: General Radiology, Bone Density Scan (Dexa Scan), Mammography Interventional - Needle Localization, Stereotactic Biopsies, Breast Ultrasound Biopsies, Breast MRI Biopsies, Fine Needle Localization, Ultrasound - General, Aspiration/Drainage, & MRI - Breast MRI
Credentialing Requirements
Board Certified Mammography Radiology: Required
Active WV License: Highly Preferred (Must be willing to obtain)
Epic Experience: Required (Disclose the # of years and last MM/YYYY used EPIC)
Clean Malpractice/Background: Highly Preferred
COVID Vaccinated: Required
