A day in the life.

As our
Client Manager
on the
Employee Health & Benefits
team, youll provide advanced client service including claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues. Solves complicated issues while keeping consultant informed of results. Our
Client Manager
drives carrier negotiations and oversees technology implementation, testing and achieves clean go-live to client. In addition, they will conduct carrier implementation with high level of attention to detail on complex benefit design. Our
Client Manager
demonstrates the ability and confidence in driving client strategy and directly interacts with clients decision makers.


Our future colleague.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of insurance products/lines and various funding mechanisms
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
3-6 years of experience in HR or benefits
Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days
