Factory Order Management Specialist
you will be responsible for managing orders for our medical devices with factories over the world. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as magnetic resonance, (link removed) Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:


Pre-screening and analyzing orders

Managing order returns, log the errors

Analyzing discrepancies between orders and catalogs

Creates an invoice and lets the order be shipped

Cooperating with Sales and Production Planning

University degree

Experience in fields related to logistics or supply chain will be an asset

Fluent English

Good organization of work, ability to prioritize and attention to detail

Good communication skills
