Responsibilities:
lAnalyzing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drivesales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
lDeploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends & competitor activities, consumer behavior, etc. to gain a competitive edge.
lDriving marketing initiatives to achieve goals. Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations forbusiness development(link removed)>
lManage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors and marketing team members
lSupport insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups
lTest, report on, and optimize content marketing campaigns, digital sponsorships, paid media buys, speaking engagements, events, and more to ensure a positive cost-per-lead ratio that drives Marketing Qualified Leads.
lProactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed.
lTrack marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems.
lWork in tandem with creatives on the graphic design team to ensure completion of marketing campaign and promotional materials and other collateral.
Requirements and Skills:
lMarketing in Corporate General Insurance.
lWork in customer relationship management.
