We are actively seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our client’s infrastructure team. Our client, a boutique law firm in Los Angeles seeks someone with a passion for networking, strong technical acumen, and experience with Microsoft, VMware, and network security. In this role you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing the company’s network infrastructure and working on other projects. You will be part of a small team ensuring opportunities for growth!

Location: Downtown Los Angeles – 5 days onsite (Local Candidates Only)

This is a full time job expected to pay around $100k annually (Paid hourly plus benefits)

What You Will Do:

• Deploy and manage network infrastructure to support firm operations.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Configure and administer Windows servers, ensuring updates and compliance.
• Implement and optimize VMware servers to enhance network performance and security.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security-related incidents.
• Provide timely and effective support for network-related problems.
• Utilize monitoring tools for proactive identification and resolution of network issues.

What Gets You The Job: 

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a network administrator.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Windows and Servers. Any Linux experience is a plus.
• Windows O365, SharePoint, etc.
• Must have VMWare experience.
• Exposure with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, VPN, switching, routing, and network protocols.
• Knowledgeable about AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365 configurations.
• Proficient in security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Law firm experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
