Healthcare facility on the border of OH and PA in search of an emergency medicine provider to provide spring & summer coverage!

Schedule:

• 12 hour shifts
• 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a
• Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
  
  
  
  • Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 60 days
  
  

Assignment:

• Volume: Annual 25,000 visits, average 65-68 ppd. Could see a lot less some days
• Outpatient, adults & some peds
• Support staff: Mid-levels, scribes, & specialities on call
• EMR: Meditech
• Facility:
  
  
  
  • Trauma level 3
  • Teaching hospital. Will be working with residents
  
  
• Procedures: Will need to be comfortable handling anything that comes in the ER
  
  
  
  • Higher acuity cases are transferred out
  
  

Requirements:

• Board certified or eligible in emergency medicine
  
  
  
  • Will consider FM candidates with extensive ER experience if they have ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
  
  
• Active OH license & DEA

Travel/Lodging:

• Rental car, flight, and lodging are fully covered!
• A little over an hour from Cleveland and Pittsburgh
