2023 was a great year for our company and we're looking for a few new sales pros from your
area to make 2024 even better! My name is Marco Scalise, and I am an Independent
Recruiting Agent for a great company with an exciting opportunity.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Complete training - No need to know anything about pools. We will train you.
2-3 Preset appointments per day of pre-approved potential customers that are ready to buy today!
I can't say that all of these appointments will be lay downs, but these people called us because they want a new pool.

That's 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments per day and if you're just an average closer
(which is ok), you'll close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run!!! That's 4-6 sales per week times an average commission of $600-$800.00 PER SALE. That's at least
$2,500-3,500 PER WEEK!!!

That's just the minimum that can be earned. Each sale has a possible commission of Up to $2000 in Earnings.
How would you like to close 5-6 or more of those deals per week?

We also offer $25.00 Base Pay per successfully completed appointment. So, you at least get some pay for every completed appointment. How cool is that?
All appointments are 100% generated for you through company paid advertising. These Paid Ads Come from Television Commercials and Online Advertising.
There is ZERO prospecting required from you.
*SALES BONUS: Bonus: $100 for every financed pool $150 for every pool sold that’s paid with cash paid on one big check at the end of the season… If you sell 100 pools you could earn a minimum of $10,000 paid at the end of the season or more. AMAZING!


This is one of the most fun and satisfying sales jobs available today. Think about it. People are happy when they're getting a new pool.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
In Home Sales Experience A Plus-Windows, Solar, Roofs, Siding, Kitchens, etc.
Reliable transportation.
Driver License.
Auto Insurance.
Social Security Card.
Smart Phone- Apple iPhone or Android
Money Motivated and able to run 2-3 appointments per day 6 days per week.
This position begins immediately, so you must be willing to start Wednesday or Sunday of this or the following week, depending on training location.
