Registered Nurse Full-Time (Day Shift/Night Shift) and PRN (as needed) Competitive shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Assesses patient's needs and establishes priorities of care. Reviews patient medical and social history. Determines appropriate nursing actions to achieve positive patient outcomes. Evaluates course of action in a timely manner to ascertain effectiveness of nursing interventions.
